BM Trada is a UK-based, international certification body, accredited by leading accreditation bodies such as UKAS. The widely recognised Q-Mark Scheme for the maintenance and installation of fire safety doors shows each accredited member’s capability to supply, install and also maintain fire doors, the exacting standards of the scheme.
Each of the certified members is taken through both a rigorous initial vetting process, as well as regular ongoing checks to ensure the quality of their work carries on meeting the standards of the Q-Mark Scheme, which raises awareness of fire door installation, ensuring the product’s fire resistance capabilities are continued, which provides peace of mind that the installer is suitably qualified and that their work is continually being assessed by an independent body, meaning they demonstrate that the installation meets all required standards.
